ANNUAL STATEWIDE CAPS

There is no limit for the amount a corporation may donate.  However, there are annual statewide caps established by the laws as follows:

FY 2006 – 2007           $10 million
FY 2007 – 2008           $12 million
FY 2008 – 2009           $14.4 million
FY 2009 – 2010           $18.28 million
FY 2010 – 2011           $20.736 million

**Unused credit can be carried forward for five years
