Financial Aid online application instructions

Financial aid applications are now available online. Deadline for 2010-2011 School Year is May 28, 2010. Apply at www.factstuitionaid.com

Applying online is the fastest and most direct method of submitting your application. We greatly recommend using the online application services.

The following tax information is needed to verify your application:

• Signed and completed paper application or completed online application
• Copies of your 2009 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• Copies of your 2009 W-2 form for both you and your spouse.
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support,    Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, or any other miscellaneous income.

Please do not submit multiple applications. Please note: Faxed applications will not be accepted.
If you do not have access to the internet or need the application in Spanish, paper applications may be mailed to you by calling the Brophy Community Foundation at 602-264-5291 x.6500. Spanish applications are not available online.



REMEMBER: Parents must re-apply every year for financial aid.P
