Aid online application instructions
***Deadline for 2011-2012 school year is Friday, May 20, 2011.
No applications will be considered after that date.***
Applying online is the fastest and most direct method of
submitting your application. We greatly recommend using the online application
services.
The following tax information is needed to verify your application:
• Signed and completed
paper application or completed online application
• Copies of your 2011 tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
• Copies of your 2011 W-2 form for both you and your spouse.
• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare,
Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation,
or any other miscellaneous income.
Please do not submit multiple applications.
Please note: Faxed applications will not be accepted.
If you do not have access to the internet or need the application in Spanish,
paper applications may be mailed to you by calling the Brophy Community Foundation
at 602-264-5291 x.6500. Spanish applications are not available online.
REMEMBER: Parents must re-apply every year for financial aid.

Arizona law requires all school tuition organizations to print the following notice on all printed material and websites: Brophy Community Foundation has never accepted donor designated contributions. A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of donor recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer’s own dependent.
